The format of the email that goes out to your customers is the same for all users. You can add a customized message that will appear on each digital door tag email under the settings menu after you login to the website.
The sending email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. You can specify the reply-to email address in the settings menu so that when one of your customer replies to a digital door tag the email will be sent to your organization.
We do have a standards-based API that will allow for creation of customers in Digital Door Tag from a thrid-party application. You will need to email us at email@example.com to request an API token for your application that will keep your information secure.
We do offer an excel import template that you can fill out and send back to us and we will import your customer list. A small service charge will apply.
As many as you like! We do not limit the number of users you can setup under the settings menu option on the web site. We want you to use DigitalDoorTag as much as possible!
Administrators have full access to the website and ability to alter your customer information. Technicians can only log in via the mobile app to create digital door tags and save information about your clients pools. Technicians cannot delete any information from the system.
This can be a tricky one. Our email system sends out thousands of emails every day but inevitability some do not make it through the variety of firewalls and spam filters users may have setup on their computer or email provider.
You can troubleshoot issue by asking your customer to make sure they have firstname.lastname@example.org whitelisted by their email client and have them check any spam or blocked email folder on their computer.
If a customer still cannot receive our emails please send a support request to email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
